    People would just wear the same outfit constantly, in the late 1900s all those men you see in suits were usually wearing most of the clothes they owned.

    With me, my wife, and three kids, laundry was a whole day even with the washer and dryer.

      In reality:

      3 min - Walking to and Starting washer 1 min - Moving washer load to dryer 3 min - Folding clothes 5 min - Folding clothes that don’t need to be folded for young toddlers

      3 hours - Using the pile of folded laundry you left somewhere like the living room sofa or coffee rable as an excuse to not do more laundry rather than just toss it in their appropriate rooms.
