This is actually awesome, and I hope all states follow along. It never made sense to me how these fuckers can just take over someone’s home that easily.

The reason is landlords use to unlawfully evict people using law enforcement. So the laws went the other way.
Now because of the abuse. It’s went the other way.
I think it’s Georgia, the land over signs an affidavit that the person is illegal in the home. The sheriff then removes them and the “tenant” can sue. If it’s found the land over lied, they have some big fines.
I’m fine with that system
