  EVs will depreciate to the point that low income people can buy them. Same with how gas cars are now.

  For charging that will require a lot of upgrades on the land lords part. You don’t need to charge all that often, but if they can supply 240 volt outlets to 1/4 the parking spots that would satisfy most peoples needs.

  Few people in my complex with EVs who are also close to the parking area run an extension cable from the patio outlet to their car. But there are superchargers across the street, too.

  You charge them at a charging station that has fast chargers. Just like you gas up your car. Fast charging in newer vehicles doesn’t take that long.
