It sometimes happens to me too.
Feels like I’m in a state of limbo where I can’t decide to do a single thing even if I feel like I should be doing it.
Going to sleep early sometimes help.

Got some chronic boredom. Nothing holds my attention and I don’t want to do anything, but I want some stimulation. Don’t want to watch anything though.
I hate this state of being. A weird mental limbo.

I get a bit like that when I’m not going outside enough. It sucks, because it also makes me not want to go outside (and I feel like I have no reason to).

Probably understimulation. Maybe pace around to some music for a while, chew some gum. Play a computer game while listening to something
