Yes, it appears to be a local business. Makes me wonder how inexpensive it might be to get a stadium named after you or how large this company is.
Depending how far you would be taking the train it could be fun. I would stress though it’s not huge, but they have some cool pc builds you can see, obviously all products you can buy and then a few custom rigs like for F1 Sims where it has the seat and wheel you can try.

It’s called The Toughsheet Community Stadium these days. 🤮.
But yeah it’s a great store and it’s fun to wander around looking at everything.
