Don’t know how easy they are to get these days but a WiiFit board was previously very useful for me. Don’t need to leave the house and you get to do ridiculous things like ride moose like ski boards.

I’m trying to build up my physical fitness again and it’s hard as balls. Probably because I’m not nourished but I’m doing the best I can.
There’s so much I would rather be doing than bed rotting, and I’m really scared about the times support isn’t available. That little bit of strength can mean the difference between being able to manage something important vs not
