  not a bad idea to buy a big ham, then it’s eggs and home cut fried ham steaks for lunches for the next few weeks. Quiches, salads, with pasta sandwiches . yum, I haven’t done this for years, maybe I should again 🙂

    We’re doing ham/turkey/prawns/oysters etc…this year. The broom rider is bringing the ham.

    You could get some deli slices, that way you could test out all the flavours without commitment. Fuck cooking the thing.
