Genuinely why is it not law that all rentals have aircon? It’s only quarter to eleven and my flat is sitting at 27 degrees and rising. God knows how cat and I will survive

I’m pretty sure in the coming years they’ll have to mandate AC in the way they mandate heating in Vic
