Is that the sauce or the sauce+pasta? Was there a lid on it? What is approximate ambient temperature of kitchen overnight? Likelihood of feline (or other) bandits? ‘On the bench’ could cover a multitude of scenarios.
Basically, if there was a lid on it, and the kitchen got chilly overnight you might be OK. No lid and warm overnight temps then a hard no. If cats/ants/cockroaches have dipped their paws in it - hard no.
Spag Bol sauce is not as fragile as a cream sauce like alfredo, but still … Rule of Thumb is to put such stuff in fridge as soon as steam stops rising from it.
