  Make a group in your preferred chat app (WhatsApp, telegram, discord, signal, whatever). You’re the only person in this group. Take a screenshot and share it to this group. Now you can open the messaging app on whichever device you want and the picture is right there for you.

    Whatever method you use there is nothing quicker than pulling out phone and taking pic with camera thats why i say it has to be camera app

      All right, run a custom camera app that detects when your screen is in frame and triggers a screenshot capture on your desktop, then syncs the screenshot to your phone.

        Honestly, if you already have it set up to automate printing the screen and saving it as an image, then seamlessly syncing that file with your phone, I don’t even think you need to worry about the phone camera. If you can set that process to trigger on a single button press, that’d be wayyy faster and easier.
