  He does both. He owns it. He also goes down onto the manufacturing floors and gets his hands dirty sometimes

  It’s like saying the doctor who owns his own clinic has no idea what the nurses do.

    No, it’s like saying that a businessman who owns a hospital has no ideas what the doctors are doing, despite the fact that once a month he shows up in scrubs to push a patient’s wheelchair for a photo op.

      Mmm, more like if the business man also spent all his time learning about medicine, got a degree in both medicine and business and spent time brainstorming and diagnosing patients
