the caves are awesome , I had a look online and the parks have really improved the experience , looks so cool now, when I went it was basically go in the cave and a guide would give a talk

Naracoorte has wunnderful caves - full to busting with fossils of thylacaleos and diprotodons and other cool stuff. If your itinerary permits, a visit to the caves is a MUST! Or a second visit just to do that âŠ

Unfortunately we didnât have time to stop in at Naracoorte, weâre already kinda pushing our time a bit, and we come back a different way. But thanks for the recco, Iâll keep it in the back of my mind until Iâm out this way again!

Mihirungs are walloping great mega duck like birds. Like really really big. Extinct, which is a pity. Sometimes called thunder birds or demon ducks. Up to 3 metres tall with ginormous beaks.
