They are super easy to use and taste good. I have some fruit or salad with it. It’s only been two weeks and they are aldi shakes. I’m not sure if I’m losing weight yet but it’s also a good way to reinforce good eating habits and eating fewer calories has to work, right

am also sleeping earlier and doing other stuff too 👍

Cool, might check them out, thanks. I was exercising and watching my weight a year ago but completely stopped doing it and not unsurprisingly put the weight back on, so I need to start up with the good habits again 😔
