Yes. I didnât realise the English persisted with Julian after 1582, though.
I just looked it up: England skipped 11 days in September 1752.

Itâs a major plot point in Foucaultâs Pendulum by Umberto Eco. So it stuck in my little pink mind more than might otherwise have done. Stunning book that - self-delusion on steroids.
