The remote may be a generic one used to see if it opens garages. The gloves, tools and more keys than one person could reasonably own do suggest break ins.

I know a neighbour had an intruder a few years ago and when they got arrested cops found the person had stolen his keys. So that’s probably it.

The socks may be used to tie the arm off for injecting, or a spare pair. But with the filters and syringes there it’s probably the former.

Baffled by the plug in light (is that what that is?) but maybe it’s hands free lighting that wouldn’t be too bright.

Perhaps the cops might like a look but not sure what they can do if nothing has happened yet.

Perhaps you might like to babysit a doggo for a little while til things are less sketchy.
