You can look at it however you want, but if you aren’t tipping in the US, you are a MOOCH. It doesn’t matter if you disagree, that is the truth in the society you live in.

Should employers pay their employees more? Absolutely! But I don’t have control over that and you don’t either. What we do have control over, is how much we tip. If you want to change the society you live in; making waiters and waitresses go without, isn’t the way.
