Well the meeting wasn’t too bad. Still got blamed for the inadequacy of the project team, but the heat was lower than expected thankfully ❤️

It sounds like the client is blaming you because you’re the main person they interact with. You have no control on the actual work that gets done on their account.

  All I can do is hassle the project manager or project engineers to get updates.
