Understood. If you have a household of beetroot refusers, then currying the beetroot can work. Mildish curry paste, and use orange juice as the cooking liquid. The tang tends to defuse that musky taste. Which I love but I can see why people donât. Pickled in a burger - well that hits the tang factor too.

I donât normally have beetroot in the house because I donât really like it but for a change I thought Iâd dish it up. Comments were: donât really like it and it tastes like dirt. Itâs a no from everyone.

I donât mind them if they are washed well and steamed. I slice them and eat them hot. They are messy to prepare tho.

No they came in a vacuum sealed pack.
