The thing is if i train my wrist even a little bit it gets sore. i have been to doctor but it did not help me at all.
Comment on i sprained my wrist and nowni sprained my ankle
iamtanmay@wolfballs.com 2 years agoSame. I made a long term injuring to my ankle paragliding, and injure my wrists every so often doing gymnastics
For the long term one, you have to actively rehab and make the muscles strong to keep the joint stable and pain free. To my shock, a doctor once measure my calves, 3 years after the injury and showed me that my right one was substantially smaller because I was not rehabbing my right foot enough.

Good rehab docs/therapists are hard to find. By train do you mean you put a load on it ? I would stick to stretches and warmups to keep the flexibility of the joint firstly.
A good therapist will make you start with small exercises, like opening and closing in specific patterns, before moving on to training bands for light loads. It takes years to come back from joint injuries bro, and for a smaller joint like the wrist, its tougher.
Of course you should read online yourself to get started, but first part of the journey will be finding a good therapist. Took me years and several docs before I got good advice.

i dont have a problem with the mobility but putting any load no matter how light, it always makes the wrist worsen.

how recent is it ? It took me ~8 months after a bad slip before I could put body weight on my wrist

My good news everyone, on account of not doing anything physical in my life both my wrists and my ankles are in perfect working order.
I'm basically your God.
(Jesus Christ I'm just kidding lol)
