How about we downvote posts we have already seen in the last vew months?

For a first repost, let’s say a third has already seen it, gets 1/3 downvotes, 2/3 upvotes. A repost of a repost, 2/3 has already seen it, there’s maybe a third time but not a fourt.

Wouldn’t affect cool memes from years ago.
