Therefore you might accidentally buy a game without knowing you need it and can’t just “not buy the game and move on.” I’m fucking sick of having to create an account with every goddamn game company out there to play single player games on a PS5 or on Steam.

I couldn’t find that option when I bought this game on PS5 last year or whenever it came out.

I thought it was pretty clear on Steam, there’s a highlighted message about it right above the button to purchase the game.
I don’t approve of it, but it’s not like they’re hiding it.
