  I’m sad for people in FL. So much misinformation and that swirl is nonstop. Ukraine should just take over Russia and then we only need to worry about China.

    that would be very funny i’m not sure what the global implications are of ukraine taking over russia, but i’m certainly not going to stop them from trying lol.

      It would be crazy. Syria, Iran and Venezuela depend heavily on Russia. Those regions would become more unstable, if that is even possible.

      China would now border Ukraine and China would treat Ukraine as a threat since they have close ties to the west.

      Russia has a UN seat. Would Ukraine just inherit it? If not then there would be some tensions.

      This is just what’s on top of my head. Probably more complexities.

        yeah that would be interesting. China and the UN seats are probably going to be the most interesting consequences.

        I feel like ukraine would absolutely pull a peace treaty with china, to some extent. The US does a lot of trade, so while they’re bordered, i don’t think it would be super significant, as long as they had a deal worked out. Unless china started fighting with russia lol.

        global trade would absolutely be fucked as well. Oil prices would be wacky, grain would be wacky, etc…
