Once upon a time it may have been true that if someone was homeless it was because of extremely bad personal decision making. I don't think that kind of thinking is relevant today.

However, I would be interested to know what kind of drugs people are on today, and given that they are probably worse drugs now than 20 years ago, do people actually ever come off them?
