i would guess near night clubs and the like… they’re more likely to use them, and drunk people are more likely to toss them willy nilly…

Yeah, I’m hoping to get at why. Drop-shipped disposables took over Juul’s market in the US and then grew it by about 600%. It was so dramatic (in a business sense) that it’d caused ripples in US and UK trade policy, and I just assumed that blitz was happening everywhere.

Lots of states made flavored reusable vapes illegal, but flavored disposables are legal. Yes, it is as stupid as it sounds.
