Anticorp@lemmy.world 4 weeks agoI had a job once with core hours. Everyone had to be there 10 am to 2 pm, but you could decide when to come in and leave as long as you were there 8ish hours, and you were there during core hours.

Yeah, it kicked ass! Everyone was happy with their schedule, since they pretty much set it themselves.
