Classified top secret documents, not legal documents. Big Ole difference there.
If you have proof that the other three committed a crime, then by all means bring it forward and have them arrested.
We don’t need to protect them like you do.

No you should be doing it equally for all evidence not for all parties.
Also, the shit trump is in at this specific moment is not the classified documents that he alone refused to return. It’s the attempted coup that he alone attempted. And at no point has biden sought prosecution there, he’s just refusing to block it

also, having the document was not the issue. it was the intentional hiding and lying about them when the gov went to recover them
