It’s Safari not an app
Safari is an app.
Technically yes but not in the context we are talking about here.
I couldn’t say for sure if it was Safari, or some jenky web browser with a similar UI, so I wasn’t going to make any assumptions based on appearance.
On iOS, every browser is Safari in the background.
