There is a significant difference in terms of the amount of deaths. A focus on one over the other is very understandable, and using it as a reason for an accusation of Nazism is reductive at best.

The Gaza Health Ministry is literally run by Hamas.

And the UNOCHA is straight up lying. They claim only 23 Israeli fatalities in 2023 when the Oct 7th massacre alone killed 1,139 people, 695 of whom were Israeli Citizens (Not just Jews). This is not counting any of the attacks before or after Oct 7th, this is just the Oct 7th massacre alone.

Hopefully you can see that this is just propaganda, right?

  I am aware of that, but HRW confirmed these numbers and so did many other organizations.

  I’m not sure how you missed it, but the source clearly states that casualties of the ongoing conflict are not included because they’re not yet independently verified. Excerpt:
