Uh I make sure to smoke enough weed and then I just sleep through the phase where everything is boring and depressing compared to hugging strangers in a steamy dark room and feeling a strange connection with the disco lights.

Depends on if we’re talking short term comedown or coming off long term use. MDMA rates a 4/10 in my experience. Nearly unnoticeable with 5-HTP supplementation and not taking a stupid amount of MDMA, just a bit of a sleepy day after. Hangovers from alcohol can be way more debilitating.
Opiates and especially benzos are significantly worse to come off of. Benzo WDs can kill you and it lasts months after chronic usage. Fuck benzos.

Yeah 5 HTP can take the edge off you’re right I agree Alcohol is the absolute worst but taking paracetamol before sleeping and staying hydrated can also mitigate the evil hangover the next day.
