Because People Often Don’t Know How To Write A Concise Succinct Title And It’s Annoying To Read A Long Badly Written Title In Title Case

Or even worse, a capital to start each word.

You’re not wrong, I was somewhat put off reading that. I can’t quite put it in to words but it felt different.
