I use the Signal “Note to self” contact for smaller files, or SMB if i have to transfer large amounts - no usb-sticks needed.

for other people i normally upload either to send.vis.ee if it’s a one time thing, to catbox.moe if i suspect that i have to share it more often over time or litterbox.catbox.moe for 3 day availability.
