Lemmy’s blind think is strong. For the record I don’t support or dis-support RFK. My feelings toward him are relatively ambivalent. I just think it’s interesting that he’s about 40x smarter than anything the dems have been running but he still gets castigated as a complete idiot. Have you seen the rest of your lot?

RFK is a lawyer. A lawyer that has been extremely vocal about vaccines despite having zero medical education. This displays to me that Bobby is surrounded by the wrong kind of people and that he is easily swayed by these people spouting ill informed bullshit. He isn’t fit for office.

  But isn’t he still worth listening to if that particular message is interesting? All I am saying is that if I posted AOC to a right wing forum, even though they don’t like her, she would not be downvoted just because her face appeared. But it is so predictable of left wing forums because you have that blind think dynamic that someone can’t even be listened to if the group has calculated that they dislike them on even one issue. And it is selectively calculated. Biden has said stupid shit in an area or two, but has never been the subject of absolute thought embargo.
  
  I’m just curious what your thoughts are about why that is? Why do the right and left have such different dynamics there? What makes it so someone gets the thought embargo and some don’t even though everyone has said some provably stupid shit at least once? I’m really trying to understand.

    You’re asserting he is “40x smarter than anything the Democrats have…”, and then you’re saying something akin to “Well of course he says and does absolutely stupid things, but doesn’t he still deserve attention?”. No.
    
    As Forrest Hump’s momma said: “Stupid is as stupid does”. In this case, stupid is an anti-vaxxer, science denier, conspiracy theory-loving, assclown. If you honestly think this man is intelligent, you should seek help.

    I’m not among a lot of right wing interactions unless I’m linked to something on X. The display there isn’t in the form of downvotes. It’s the extremely nasty comments with no basis in reality.

My lot? I do not have a lot, not a D, not an R, parties are for sheep. All I know is that a man with brain worms, who does not believe in vaccines, is trying to trade his family name for an office he does not deserve.
