Ouch, that sounds awful. Hope it clears up soon for you - I hope it doesnāt get that bad for me. I rarely get respiratory problems. Iāve got a light dry cough/sore throat that seems to be on the mend, mostly moved back to headaches/congestion, which was what I started off with on Saturday, hopefully the worst is overā¦

Iām so grateful that the kids can get themselves up, make their own breakfasts and lunches and get themselves off to school without me. Even as recently as a year ago, I would have needed to get up and facilitate that.

Gosh yes. Whenever I feel sorry for myself being sick while living alone, I have to remind myself how much worse it would be if I had young kids to look after as well! I can barely attend to my own needs.
