Pepe has been used to push evil views like Marxism and Fascism to pragmatic views like universal healthcare and freedom of the press to non political things like complaining about video games and the weather.

That is beyond meaningless. Pepe has no owner. It is a symbol of the internet culture and it’s not going away any time soon.
