Must have been profitable enough to satisfy the bean counters. I just have a hard time thinking they can make another profitable movie after everyone knows what a pile of shit the first one was.

Budget $120m, box office $470m. There is ZERO chance a second one can even come close to those box office numbers. I think a lot of people were just excited for a movie based on the games. I was one of them, just glad I didn’t pay to see it in theaters, lol.
