We have the same in Norway.
I seem to recall some international payment options being able to utilize it.

Thorny_Thicket@sopuli.xyz 10 months agoI don’t have the technical understanding to explain how it works but in Finland I can verify my identity by logging in to my online bank profile and they provide my identity to the 3rd party.
