So I spent 15 hours in bed only to struggle to get maybe 8 hours sleep? Jeez. I just couldnât get my brain to calm down. I wasnât raging or anything, but just constantly distracted and unable to chill.
My mental health feels ok⊠so I wonder if the COVIDâs messing with my brain?

Yeah I tried that for a few hours but ended up feeling worse cause I think I THOUGHT I should be asleep. Might just chuck on some spa music tonight and not even try to go to sleep but just plan on listening to music in the dark.

Just faced it. I put on soothing podcasts/audiobooks and just dozed. Kept reminding myself it was just the inflammation and it would get better.

Yeah good call. I think I was trying to fight it all night which obviously got me nowhere.
