The rate should be about the same since Russia’s population is less than half of the US’s

Normalized over population deaths ratio in Russia seems to be about 0.00010069444, while in USA 0.0001260126, which is 25% more than in Russia.
I could say “look, how much better Russia are”, but we all have to keep in mind that for example in Finland only 210 people died in one year as result of traffic accident, which is 0.00003779697 normalized.
