Do you know the whole “alpha male” thing? There was an “alpha male YouTuber” who made a video on why sigma males are actually better than alpha males and it became a meme.

Ah ok. So where on that ranking does a sigma sit? Alpha, beta, …?, sigma?

  Above alpha. Imagine all the qualities those charlatans attribute to “beta males”, but spun into being positive things actually, that’s a “sigma male”. (e.g. you are not shy, you are a lone wolf cooler than everyone else)
