Gave up 1.5 years ago however i smoked chop chop for about 7 years. Saved me tens of thousands of dollars. $10-$15 a week compared to $75 who wouldn’t…

Nobody has the resources to scan every single package in every single shipment. At most they flag a few due to suspicious paperwork and screen those

yeah it’s not individuals doing the major smuggling. it’s the container-loads that never seem to get inspected.

In a way. Chop chop is slang for loose leaf tobacco which hasn’t been taxed, sold cheaply on the black market. It’s either smuggled into the country or grown locally in secret.
