When I was a kid you used to be able to get a tray of soup/stew veg from Safeway. I used to eat the celery, someone else the carrot. I can’t remember what else was in there but all that would be left would be the turnip and the parsnip. No one want them.

  I don’t want to fight you. You can have all the tasteless, colourless, pointless parsnips in the world. I will not be missing them.
