Look, a lot of companies, esp all IT ones, expect deliverables. On top of that you are expected to attend virtual meetings and do some buereaucracy like filling out time sheets. Deliverables usually have a window of 2 weeks for a list of tasks. Generally, 90% of my meetings have not required much input from me and I work while others talk.

You can finish your daily quota in half a day. Now I prefer to use my free time to work on business ideas. But someone else could take a second gig if they feel like it. Is it really fraud ? If you don't deliver to either employer, you will get laid off. Even in social welfare countries, they can kick you out during probation at least - usually 6 months.

I am not a fan of this approach, because I think its wiser to develop your own business in the remaining time, but to each their own.
