In a rice cooker, once itâs done you fluff the rice with a fork then you put the lid back on for 10 minutes. This helps to fluff the rice.

Has anyone here managed to replicate rice cooker rice in an instantpot?.. No matter which recipe/method I try it just doesnât come out right. Last nightâs was cooked, but not fluffy, sort of more chewy. Iâve used the ârice buttonâ option and a few pressure cooker options.

1:1 ratio of rice to water
Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.
Works every time.
DO NOTE CHANGE THE WATER TO RICE RATION. EACH CUP OF RICE NEEDS A CUP OF WATER. BELIEVE ME
