I meant half a /s, just on the irony of “all the studies say” in the context of propaganda.
But I absolutely agree it makes sense autistic people are less affected by a lot of propaganda. Partly because it just pushes the wrong buttons (and other propaganda would work better: a bit like cultural divides); and partly because we autistics (I’m at least a little) often fuss more over literal meaning and “there’s a problem with those two things you tried to implicitly connect”. Of course it can also mean we’re less affected by sensible people telling the truth in a way plain for cultural-normative neurotypicals.
