Baku@aussie.zone 2 months agoI’ve actually been considering a ring for a while. Unfortunately it would be a little bit difficult as we probably wouldn’t be allowed to hardwire it. Also since there’ll be a few other people living here soon, everybody would want access to it which has some security implications as well

I’m really skeptical of those because it seems like every week there’s a new story about ring or other internet cameras being hijacked

I know, it sucks.
I only mentioned Ring because I think there was one where the mount stuck on rather than being drilled in and was battery powered rather than hardwired.
