If that’s the case I hope you’re clarifying to them that work conversation a legally work, so you will be expect to be paid fully for any hours clocked on the phone outside normal scheduled hours. - Of course if you’re talking about fielding calls while on the clock… well yeah you’re probably gonna have to answer those.

Fr. Do people forget that they have autonomy in their experiences? You can still decline the call even if you aren’t actively engaged; nobody is automatically entitled to your free time.
