Depends on where and when. Near unis, or during the leadup to exams, plenty working or studying in cafes in the inner city. I see a fair number in Richmond, Collingwood etc.
I think it’s becoming less common though simply because of the cost of living. You’re paying at least $5 for entry and might not necessarily get a charging point even
