The rules shouldn’t be for anyone. Or rather, they should be made reasonable instead of ridiculous. If it makes you feel any better i feel like you (youand everyone else who can’t handle a decent speed) shouldn’t have a license either as it should be a stricter process and we should be organizing our cities for people instead of cars.
