Comment on California law would give employees the 'right to disconnect' during nonworking hours
antlion@lemmy.dbzer0.com 2 months agoThe law as proposed allows them to contact employees for emergencies or for scheduling. So as long as it’s about scheduling employees can’t safely ignore it.
