Literally no. Cinemark theaters AND Alamo drafthouse in Socal, most if not all pretty much have beer on tap and bottled/canned and I can confirm Cinemark even has wines, they just card you when you order. Just go to their website and check. I was there (cinemark) this past weekend to see imaginary, inspire of its poor reviews I enjoyed it for what it was. Alamo draft house theaters only card you when you order alcohol too, I recommend them, their food is actually great too.
I know op wasn’t in one of those theaters I was just making the classic 4chan fake and gay joke.

Huh, cool!
My area is a bit more puritan, and I think they’re required by law to be separate entities, so I guess I assumed that was pretty consistent nationwide.
